Booking Conditions

1.

a) Upon completion of sending money to BS Racing , you accept the Terms and Conditions of the booking.

b) If you are under 18 years of age you must ensure that you have Parental Consent.

c) A place will be booked for you on your chosen course on receipt of your money and completed payment.
d) In the event that you submit payment but BS Racing is unable to confirm your chosen course, all monies paid by you will be transferable or refundable until confirmation takes place.

2.

a) The balance of payment in respect of your booking, is due to BS Racing on confirmation of your course and must be received in full to BS Racing no later than 1 week prior to the course start date. This payment due date will be clearly printed on your course invoice. If payment is not made by this due date, you will be removed from the course.

b) If you arrive at resort, having not paid the balance, as detailed on your invoice for your course, you will NOT be accepted on to the course.

3. Courses

a) Courses cancelled within 1 week of the course start date will Not be eligible to a refund

b) Courses cancelled within 2 weeks of the course start date will incur charges in line with our cancellation policy. BS Racing strongly recommends that you have insurance which includes cover for cancellation/curtailment against this eventuality.

c) Courses cancelled more than 2 weeks prior to the course start date are eligible for a refund less the non-refundable deposit of 50% of total course price.

4. Accommodation and Transfers

a) The cancellation of accommodation and/or transfers will incur charges.

b) Changes to a booking are defined by BS Racing as a "cancellation and/or alteration to a booking" for accommodation and/or transfers.

c) Changes to your booking will only be accepted by BS Racing up to 8 weeks prior to your arrival date LESS than 8 weeks will not be accepted and NO refund will be given. Any changes must be confirmed by you in by email.

d) BS Racing will make an administration charge of €100 for any change made to your booking after it has been invoiced.

e) Changes to your booking will not be implemented until your administration fee is paid in full.

5. Cancellation Policy (Snow sports courses & Snow sports equipment hire)

a) BS Racing strongly recommends that you have insurance which includes cover for cancellation & curtailment when booking a BS Racing course.

b) If you cancel more than 2 weeks prior to the course start date, you will forfeit 40% 0f your total paid monies paid to BS Racing .

c) If you cancel less than 2 weeks prior to the course start date, you will forfeit 60% of all your monies paid to BS Racing .

d) If you cancel less than 1 week prior to the course start date you will forfeit ALL monies

e) Cancellation must be notified by EMAIL to BS Racing Verbal instructions to cancel are not acceptable and will not be acted upon by BS Racing.

6.

a) All course invoices and resources will be sent to the Email address supplied on your Booking Form.

b) It is your responsibility to keep the BS Racing informed of any change of address after booking on to a course. This must be confirmed in writing by email to info@bsracing.co.uk

7.

BS Racing reserves the right to cancel courses at any time prior to the course date. In this eventuality BS Racing will refund any monies paid to BS Racing.

8. BS Racing reserves the right to remove you from the course if:

a) you are found to exhibit behavior which is deemed to be inappropriate, unprofessional and/or detrimental to BS Racing;

b) you are found to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or addictive substances, during course contact time.

9.

BS Racing will not be liable for any physical or financial hardship which may be incurred whilst attending a BS Racing course.

10.

All students must be insured for their course.

11.

No monies will be refunded by BS Racing in the event of an injury sustained either before or whilst participating in the course, where injury leads to curtailment of the course; in this instance, it is necessary to make an insurance claim.

12.

If the venue of the course is adversely affected by snow, weather or any other circumstances, BS Racing reserves the right to cancel the course or alter the venue without prior notice or warning.

13.

BS Racing reserves the right to refuse training to any applicant who, in the opinion of BS Racing:-
a) who is deemed to be dangerous.
b) is unsuitable for Snow sports Instruction

14.

In the event that an applicant is refused training on the basis of paragraph 8, no monies will be refunded.

15.

You agree that except for death or personal injury arising through the negligence of BS Racing, BS Racing shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising whether in respect of death, bodily injury, illness suffered or loss, costs or damages or expenses incurred.

16.

Anyone who completes payment for to BS Racing, is agreeing to abide by these aforementioned conditions.

Safety

Our instructors/mountain guides are responsible for making decisions on the mountain in the best interest of the Safety and well being of yourself. They have the ultimate say which Slopes/Terrain/Speed is skied.
Instructors

All instructors contracted to work for BS Racing do so on a self employed basis. BS Racing is the agent and sub lets all lessons. All instructors are professionally qualified and have the experience of instructing for many years.

BS Racing does not hold store or keep any customers financial information (Debit or Credit cards).

I have read and understood the Booking Conditions and agree to abide by them.
