BS Racing is open for training from May – November from 13 years of age for people wishing to train towards FIS competitions and for FIS racers wishing to train in the off season. We focus on the fundamentals of current race technique and use all the information gained from BS Racing trainers and all the experiences of world-champions, world cup winners and members of national teams.
We have access to ideal race training terrain and we always have the choice of the best racing lanes on the hill. We video you throughout the day and carry out a detailed group / personal video analysis every afternoon.
This allows us to maximize learning and skill acquisition. Our coaches will help you to improve your ski racing skills by improving your fundamentals and correct technique required for success on a race course.
We will also be carrying out dry land training every afternoon to produce hidden flexibility, reaction timing, coordination and strength training. Your goals will be assessed and a safe and successful progression will be planned and integrated into your training for you to achieve the best results.
All of our coaches are ex euro/world cup racers and hold the highest level qualifications for race coaching. Our coaches are here to teach/train you and enable you to achieve your goals.
